FHA/ VA Streamline

VA loans are mortgages guaranteed by the Department of Veteran Affairs. These loans offer military veterans exceptional benefits, including low interest rates and no down payment requirement. This program was designed to help military veterans realize the American dream of home ownership.
FHA home loans are mortgages which are insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), allowing borrowers to get low mortgage rates with a minimal down payment.

Fresh Start Program

The Fresh Start Program is a specialized program designed specifically for self-employed business owners and borrowers who have experienced recent credit problems or a life event and are unable to find a program in the marketplace that meets the borrowers’ needs as they work to re-establish a strong credit history.

USDA Program

USDA loan is a loan offered by the United States Department of Agriculture. The key components to the program are: loans are guaranteed by the USDA with 100% financing or NO DOWN PAYMENT in rural designated areas (definition may vary state-to-state) or sparsely populated areas less than 25000.

Reverse Mortgages

This is “fully insured” government FHA program also known as a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) which allows for homeowners 62 years old and up to convert a portion of their equity into “tax free” cash from their “primary residence” for most any purpose.
